Altang Fish Egg Soup
With the Altang Fish Egg Soup you will receive 3 containers holding all the vegetables, another with seafood and fish eggs and the last with the stock and the sauce.
1. Put the stock, seafood,vegetables, tofu in the pot and put fish eggs on top and boil.
2. Once the stock starts boiling cut the fish egg into 3cm with scissors and set a timer for 6 minutes(keep stiring)
3. After 6 minutes garnish with enoki mushroom and green onion.
